I am a consultant Nephrologist from Nigeria. I had my ISN Fellowship Training at Charlotte Maxeke Johannesburg Academic Hospital. My research work has been in the area of chronic kidney disease – mineral bone disease. Other areas of interest include but are not limited to anemia in chronic kidney disease and preventive nephrology. Based on my research potential, my research proposal was among the few that were granted the AstraZeneca research award in 2016, South Africa, won the third position of the ISN Fellows poster presentation at the World Congress of Nephrology in Mexico 2017, Runner up for the University of the Witwatersrand Faculty of health sciences most prestigious postgraduate award 2020, master's category, and the ISN clinical research grant 2019 . I also had MSc In Epidemiology and Biostatistics with a distinction.I am immensely grateful to ISN for giving me the opportunity in advancing my nephrology career.
