Session Description:
This session aims to cover a number of very important aspects relating to the acute kidney injury (AKI) Biomarkers. Implement biomarkers in the clinical workflow to improve AKI and RRT care session will demonstrate how to apply novel AKI biomarkers in AKI clinical practice from prediction persistent AKI, AKI outcome, and guiding renal replacement therapy initiation. Urinary sediments in AKI session will describe and discuss the value of utilizing urine microscopy in the diagnosis of AKI. Finally, there will be an update in novel biomarkers in AKI which has been recently discovered.

Learning Objectives:
An application for AKI biomarkers in clinical practice. A utilization urine microscopy in the management of AKI. An update on current and recent discovered AKI biomarkers.
