Olimkhon Sharapov Uzbekistan

My name is Olimkhon Sharapov. I was born in 1987 in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. I studied at the Tashkent Medical Academy in 2004-2011, and also graduated from here in 2014 with a master's degree in Internal Medicine. In September 2014, I began working as an assistant at the Department ofInternal Medicine of the Tashkent Pediatric Medical Institute. Since 2018, for 3 years I was engaged in scientific activities and in 2021 successfully defended my PhD dissertation on the topic "Cardiovascular diseases in patients receiving program hemodialysis".From 2021 to the present, I have been working as the head of the scientificdepartment of "Adult and Pediatric Nephrology" at the Republican SpecializedScientific and Practical Medical Center for Nephrology and Kidney Transplantation in Tashkent. I am a Board member of the ISN NIS&Russia Regional Board and the representative of the NIS&Russia Region in the ISN Advocacy Working Group from. I am also a member of the European Renal Association (also as the National Representative of my country), the American Society of Nephrology and the Russian Dialysis Society.
