Dr. Abduzhappar Gaipov is a nephrologist, PhD, Associate professor at Nazarbayev University, school of medicine in Kazakhstan. He has completed 18 months ERA-EDTA research fellowship program in 2011-2012 years in Konya, Turkey. He has also completed his Postdoctoral Visiting Scholar supported by ISN Research Fellowship program between January 2017 to July 2018 at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis, TN, USA. He has lead the department of extracorporeal hemocorrection in National Scientific Medical Center in 2012 – 2018 and provided different type CRRT support for ICU patients. He has published more than 90 peer-review papers and he provides the role of editor and reviewer in many journals. His research interest is AKI, ESRD, kidney transplantation and epidemiology of CKD.
