Jeroen Kooman is a clinical nephrologist and reseracher working from Maastricht University Medical center, the Netherlands. His main reserach interests comprise pathophysiology and prevention of cardiovascular and nutritional complications related to end stage renal disease and dialysis therapies, as well as technological innovations in dialysis therapy. he has (co-) authored 330 scientific publications and various book chapters. Jeroen Kooman has been a member of various national and international quality improvement and guideline committees.
