Session Description:
This session will focus on a global perspective of AKI, including AKI in special settings such as natural disasters, AKI diagnoses and management in tropical and resource limited countries, as well as global AKI incidence and management during the Covid 19 pandemic.


Learning Objectives:
An increased awareness of the diversity of AKI etiologies across the world. An understanding of AKI management in resource limited settings. An understanding of the association between Covid 19 infection and AKI and kidney health outcomes following Covid infection.
