Internal Medicine from the Dr. Arnulfo Arias Madrid Metropolitan Hospital Complex of the CSS/University of Panama in 2007, Nephrology in 2010. Research Fellow in Nephrology at the Aldo e Cele Dacco Clinical Research Center for Rare Diseases, Mario Negri Pharmacological Research Institute, Bergamo, Italy (2010 – 2011). Chief of the Hemodialysis Unit of the Dr. Gustavo N Collado Hospital of the Social Security Fund since 2012. Researcher at the Institute of Medical Sciences (ICM) of Las Tablas, since 2018, where they carry out research on Mesoamerican nephropathy since 2019.Fellow of the American College of Physicians since 2021, of the Central America Chapter, President of the Panamanian Society of Nephrology and Hypertension (2021) and National Coordinator of Hemodialysis (2022)
