I have been Head of Nephrology Division and Director of Internal Medicine Department during 21 and 10 years respectively at University Geneva Hospital (Switzerland). I have been President of Swiss Society Of Nephrology between 2011-2013. My research interests are multiple including mechanisms of acute tubular injury more specifically, metabolisms pathways which are disturbed including glucose metabolism. In addition, I have a particular interest to help patients with renal disease to cope with the many aspects of this chronic condition.
