Dr. Barisoni is a Professor of Pathology and Medicine, Director of the Renal Pathology Service, and co-Director of the Division of AI & Computational Pathology at Duke University. Her contribution to the literature includes elucidating the role of podocyte biology in nephrotic syndrome, digital pathology, and integrated pathology with clinical and omic data for the prognostication and prediction of NS, CKD and AKI.
