Ifeoma Ulasi
Ifeoma I. Ulasi FWACP; MSc. FRCP (Lond.): is a professor of medicine at the College of Medicine, University of Nigeria and Alex Ekwueme Federal University Teaching Hospital. She is involved in several research initiatives and projects on kidney disease, including genomic studies and studies in hypertension. She is a site PI of the H3Africa Kidney Disease Research Network and PI of the Health Heredity and Environment Research Initiative. She is passionate about preventive nephrology and clinical trials. She is an international adviser of the Royal College of Physicians, London. She is a member of the WHO Taskforce on Organ Donation and Transplantation. She is also a member of various Committees of the International Society of Nephrology – Executive Committee of ISN (ISN-ExCom), Advocacy Working Group (ISN-AWG), Joint Steering Committee of World Kidney Day (WKD-JSC), Advancing Clinical Trials Committee (ISN-ACT), International Network of Chronic Kidney Disease cohort studies (ISN-iNET), Observatory of CKDu (ISN-i3C).
