Tobias B. Huber is Chair of the Center of Internal Medicine and Director of the III. Department of Medicine (Nephrology, Rheumatology, Endocrinology and Transplantation) at the University Medical Center Hamburg-Eppendorf (UKE). Tobias B. Together with his team he has been recognized for discovering signalling pathways relevant for kidney development, filtration, maintenance and disease. He received numerous national and international recognitions including the Donald W. Seldin Young Investigator Award of the American Society of Nephrology and is elected member of the American Society of Clinical Investigation and the Association of American Physicians.
